Named among America's Top 25 Best-Selling Artists --Decor, June, 2002
| David Barnhouse,
named the 3rd most popular artist in America by the U.S. Art Gallery magazine,
re-creates the best of times in his nostalgic Americana depictions of small town America.
Celebrations of rural family life as portrayed in these prints convey the comradery
central to those who share common interests. Barnhouse has a number of themes running
through his paintings. One of his older prints, Every
Boy's Dream, fits perfectly with the new theme of patriotism found in many
artist's prints today after September 11th, 2001. Dave Barnhouse was simply ahead of his
time. New Barnhouse prints that don't quite fit in the categories below are:

Barnhouse seems to be moving into another popular genre, the big Peterbuilt tractor trailer units. There isn't a trucker that doesn't love his truck. Peterbuilt is especially loved by those over the road drivers. |

Barnhouse's love of motorcycles goes on with
this new print set in the 50s. Dated by the 1957 Ford Thunderbird convertible. A small
town setting on Route 66 was the perfect romanticized setting for two hungry motorcycle
travelers stopping for a bite`. Note: because Harley-Davidison has pulled the licensing rights to use their name, there is no company name found on these motorcycles. |

Serenity for Dave Barnhouse is a peaceful sail in the early evening. The water is like glass, the moon is coming from behind the clouds and the lighthouse is marking the path back to land. |

"Dave Barnhouse is sure the retired railroad workers playing checkers in this scene are sharing the latest sports news as they wait for the Mainliner to go through. They have worked many long, hard hours together over the years. Now, they can relax and enjoy each others' company while staying close to the trains that defined their work lives." |
"A Finishing Touch" by Dave Barnhouse Image Size 16½" x 27" 1,950 s/n $175 print $385 framed print S&I included email order form |
"As a young boy our local speedway held tremendous fascination for me," the artist remembers. "Whenever I got a chance I stopped by to see what was going on." In this intriguing new image a couple of kids carefully watch as Tim puts some finishing touches on his car. Other drivers mill around, making sure their cars are tuned and ready to go. Even the fire truck has arrived to watch the preparations. "Tim was a father figure to us boys," Mr. Barnhouse recalls. "He was a local guy who shared in all the community enthusiasms. His shop was always open to offer advice or order parts for drivers." |

"Evening at the Paramount" by Dave Barnhouse Image Size 15" x 29" 1,250 s/n $175 print $385 framed print S&I included email order form |
"Its opening night for Love Me Tender, the first movie starring Elvis Presley. Most movie goers who show up early to get a good seat< walk or drive a short distance to the show. But some drive from further away. A 1955 Cadillac followed closely by a 47 Lincoln Continental pull up out front. The driver of the pink Cadillac hops out to approach the ticket office and seems to be immediately recognized!" |
| One of Dave Barnhouse's many prints would make a great gift choice for Christmas, Mother's Day, or as a birthday gift for a friend, relative or even yourself. What better way to bring back those fond memories of times gone by. |
